1.1. By making a booking with Ahrentalcar, you enter into a contract with us to supply a Vehicle rental arranged through us (or another product or service we arrange for you).
1.2. Your booking is subject to:
– these Terms and Conditions
– the Car Rental Terms and Conditions of the applicable Car Rental Company
– any other terms and conditions of other third-party suppliers of products or services arranged by us as part of your booking.
1.3. Please read these documents carefully as they set out your and our respective rights and obligations.
2.1. You must be at least 21 years old to make a booking with us.
2.2. By making a booking, you confirm that you have the authority to accept these Terms and Conditions on behalf of all members of your party.
2.3. You are responsible for paying all amounts due to us for your booking.
3.1. The price of your rental will be as quoted on our site, except in cases of obvious error.
3.2. Prices may change at any time, but changes will not affect bookings already confirmed with us.

5.1. To rent a vehicle, you must present a valid driving license held for at least one year, passport or national ID, and a credit card in the main driver’s name.

5.3. Additional drivers must meet the same requirements and be named on the rental agreement.
6.1. You must present all required documents as stated in section 5.1.
6.2. A security deposit will be required, usually in the form of a pre-authorization on your credit card.
6.3. You will be required to sign the Car Rental Company’s rental agreement.
7.1. You are responsible for the vehicle during your rental period. Please refer to the Car Rental Company’s terms for specific obligations.
7.2. Report any damage or mechanical issues to the Car Rental Company immediately.
7.3. In case of an accident, contact the local authorities and the Car Rental Company as soon as possible.
8.1. Return the vehicle at the agreed time and location to avoid additional charges.
8.2. The vehicle should be returned in the same condition as it was received, aside from normal wear and tear.
8.3. Adhere to the fuel policy as specified in your rental agreement.
9.1. Basic insurance is included in your rental. Additional coverage options may be available for purchase.
9.2. You are responsible for any damage not covered by the insurance policy.
